CDF Runners

Club Biography

A free running club for non running club people! We're unaffiliated, but still run the same kind of sessions as any other club, just more informally and with less emphasis on competition. All abilities are very welcome, all that is required is a willingness to be open and willing to get stuck in. The cup of tea and big slice of cake after a session is often more important than the session itself!

We travel together to races around South Wales, and often beyond, as well as regular parkrun tourism. Usual schedule: Monday, easy 3k/5k/7k recovery run; Wednesday, speed/sprint session; Saturday, parkrun; Sunday, easy long run 10k+. Running is so much better in a group if you want to get faster, go further or just want to meet a load of running obsessed people
