Canton Chargers was established in 2014 as a group to break down the barriers to running.
We are completely free and welcome runners of all abilities, pace, shapes and sizes and have members from complete beginners to multiple marathon runners and triathletes.
Our sessions are quite informal, usually a mixture of training activities and longer runs.
At the start of 2016 we introduced Canton Starters, a six week beginners running course. Contact us to find out when the next beginners course starts.
