Raptors Korfball Club

Club Biography

Raptors Korfball club is a fully inclusive club and we welcome people of all abilities and from all backgrounds. Whether you want to get fit, meet new people or just try something a bit different why not come and give it a go? Korfball is a fast paced mixed sex sport which has similarities to netball and basketball, but its own unique set of rules. We currently have three teams and play in the Welsh Korfball League and the Western Regional League which sees us competing against clubs from Southampton, Oxford and beyond.

We are a social bunch and have regular club socials and there’s also the opportunity to travel to Korfball tournaments throughout the UK.

Korfball is one of the few truly mixed gender team sports with all players in a team having equal roles. We welcome players who identify as male or female and those who identify as a nonbinary gender (including but not limited to genderqueer, transgender and genderfluid).

Our training and match venues are accessible and we would do our best to accommodate any particular disability requirements.
